A day to recognise the challenges, strength & resilience that comes with mental health issues and often goes unseen โ๏ธ It can be really difficult, overwhelming, fatiguing and lonely. You canโt see peopleโs mental health, so please always be kind ๐ธ Please check in on your friends and family, and hold space for them. If I ask you if youโre ok, trust me, I want the long version โ๏ธ
For those who struggle, please know youโre not alone. You have enormous courage, strength and grace. Please take a breath and remember itโs ok not to be ok ๐ผ Your pain doesnโt make you a burden and asking for help doesnโt erase your strength. You can always ask for help ๐ซ
Letโs be patient and kind to ourselves, remembering that nothing in nature blooms all year round ๐โฆI tโs ok to take a break.
