We brought our clinical team together for our bi-annual CPD event, a fantastic opportunity to learn, collaborate and continue delivering the highest standard of care for our patients.

Here are 5 essential foot health tips to keep you "Walking On Air":

🦶Wear suitable Footwear: Choose shoes that fit well, provide good support, and are appropriate for your activity. Avoid overly tight or high-heeled shoes for extended periods.

🦶Practice Good Foot Hygiene: Wash your feet daily with soap and water, paying attention to the spaces between your toes. Dry them thoroughly to prevent fungal infections.
