Mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy and it’s effects on stroke recovery…

Mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy (mHBOT) is a state-of-the-art wellness practice that involves breathing in upto 95% pure oxygen inside a safe, pressurised chamber.

The treatment offers a range of potential benefits for the mind and body, and has seen to be particularly effective for people recovering from a stroke.

We recently had a client attend our wellness centre who had been advised by their occupational therapist to try mHBOT. After several sessions, they described their experience as “life-saving” and “life changing” ❤️

It’s important to remember that mHBOT is not a cure for certain conditions, but it can massively contribute to the overall repair and healing inside the body by delivering more oxygen to where it’s needed most.
