Let’s be real for a sec…
There are some things we just don’t talk about.
Not with friends.
Not at brunch.
Not even with our GP sometimes.
Instead?
We Google it. Quietly.
At night.
Hoping for answers… but lowkey bracing for worst-case scenarios.
And vaginal dryness during peri/menopause?
Yep. It’s one of those things.
Here’s the thing though…
Just because something feels awkward to talk about
doesn’t mean you should have to deal with it in silence.
Because this isn’t just about “a symptom.”
It’s about how you feel in your body.
Your comfort.
Your confidence.
Your connection.
And you deserve support in all of that.
Truthbomb 💥
So many women are told (directly or indirectly) to just “put up with it.”
But… what if you didn’t have to?
As a herbalist, I’m a big believer in working with your body as it changes —
not overriding it or ignoring it.
There are natural ways to support this transition 🌿
Ways that focus on nourishment, balance, and actually understanding what your body needs.
(Not guessing. Not masking. Supporting.)
But before any of that?
It starts here.
Talking about it.
Learning about it.
Realising you’re not the only one going through it.
So if this is something you’ve experienced — even a little —
consider this your reminder:
👉 It’s more common than you think
👉 It’s worth paying attention to
👉 And you’ve got options
If this resonated?
