Small wins + repetition = growth.

But for the woman who carries everything?

Growth isn’t about optimisation.
It’s about nervous system relief.

She’s the default.

The organiser.
The emotional regulator.
The one who remembers what everyone else forgets.

And her body has adapted accordingly.

Not dramatic burnout.
Not breakdown.
