“Good morning! My dog Dexter has had a crazy zoomie this morning and has twisted his left shoulder . He’s now limping and deserves an Oscar !!
So I’m staying home with him today ..”
The best excuse yet for not walking when it’s rainy and muddy. We are getting “dog ate my homework”vibes.
Well done to everyone who came on our Friday frolic and to those that stayed home. Because rest is important too. 🤗

Let's talk blood sugar levels.
Susan Smith has recently shared her personal journey with diabetes and the challenges she faces in trying to lower her blood sugar levels. This week her levels have been elevated and out of range. She has been making a determined effort to increase activity and focus on reducing carbs, drinking water and eating well including sticking to keeping a food diary. Susan told us "my blood sugars always reduce following walking". We hope that our (very) windy Waddow walk and view of Kemple End contributed to the reduction in levels yesterday. Please see the comments for an interesting article from the British Heart Foundation. ❤️
Well done to Susan!! Keep on keeping on! 😍
