The Gym is Coming
I understand the frustration of the delay but it’s still coming very soon. We have had to wait for things out of our control.
We are very excited to open up down at Root Farm and I will up date soon.
In the meantime Classes are still running throughout the week at Dunsop and Slaidburn.

An amazing 2 weeks for those who joined Hetty for the Empowered Change, group Hypnotherapy sessions.
We are tremendously grateful to for lighting the fire in their beautiful alpaca room, an amazing place to “unlock positive change”
Thankyou to those that joined and of course to Hetty for providing the wonderful guidance.

The person is extremely interesting, we for so long have treated the body, the brain and the mind as separate; and yet they are all one. And even subcategories that we treat the parts with individual treatments!
As all trainers, nutritionist, therapist you always get ask some similar questions, one such question is “What more important Exercise or Nutrition?” Straight away a sub category is born and all the quotes come in- “your cant out train a bad diet” - “I just train so I can eat cake” - “I don't need to watch what I eat, I just work out, and always look good” (the last one should be said in a dumb macho voice!!! :)
In essence this is where I jump in neither nutrition or exercise are more important and if they are the only 2 things your working on you may be far from gaining the optimal.
You simply cannot train for 1hr / day and make up for a sedentary lifestyle. It will help, it will definitely help, but it doesn't make up for it!
At Optimal Adaptation alongside specialty fitness sessions that vastly assess, you as a person, not your body, or your brain, or your mind, you and apply the correct stimulus to get the results you want. We also supply facilitation in your Health and Nutrition, with ways of optimising how and when you receive light, how to take advantage of what the earth offers you in terms of electrons, how to limit factors that are affecting your person, and how to eat in the BEST way in terms of how you have evolved!!!!
