We’re proud to announce that Clitheroe Care Home has been rated “Good” in all areas by the Care Quality Commission (CQC)!

This incredible achievement reflects the dedication, compassion, and teamwork of everyone at Clitheroe — from our amazing staff to the families and residents who make our home so special.

Here are some of the lovely highlights from the CQC report:

“People’s support was delivered in line with current good-practice guidance, and risks to nutrition and hydration were well managed.”

“Staff were kind, caring, had a good understanding of people’s needs and preferences, and actively promoted choice and control.”

“There was a positive, listening culture … staff confirmed they felt well treated, and were given regular opportunities to speak up.”
