✨ Reiki Insight from Today’s Session which was incredible
✨
Sometimes during Reiki, the body responds in its own natural way. Today a client’s hands gently lifted above her stomach area without her consciously moving them.

This is completely normal — it often shows energy releasing, the nervous system relaxing, and the body instinctively guiding healing where it’s needed most.Its an instinctive flow and an energetic alignment.

Reiki works with the body’s own wisdom, and moments like this remind me how powerful and intuitive that process can be. 💛

Cold outside, yet warm, nurturing and filled with soft sunlight pouring through the window.
It was beautiful to witness the transformation unfold for my three lovely ladies — the shifts, the peace, the release.

Due to the popularity of the children’s Reiki taster sessions, I’m now fully booked! 💫

I’m excited to announce an extra date — Saturday 13th — for anyone who missed out and would love their child to experience the calming, confidence-boosting benefits of Reiki. 🌈

I’m also hoping to make this a monthly event, as the benefits of regular sessions for children are truly amazing. With consistency comes lasting calm, balance, and confidence. 🌿

Had an amazing reiki session with Louise Baker Armitage The Reiki Room yesterday.
I have been stuck dormant with blockages for a long time…. I’ve finally let go and I could feel certain sensations in my body. My jaw being one of them- linked to emotional expression and communication this strikes a huge cord with me.

We also discussed the sensations around my root and sacral chakra (womb area) which also has a lot to do with trauma and emotions.
Louise also said of the pull with my feet to earth and it resignates so much as I feel nature grounds me and brings me back down to earth (literally) if I’m struggling.

Yesterday was a good day for healing!
