Spring Equinox is here 🌸
Today marks the moment when day and night are perfectly balanced, welcoming the official start of spring.
After the slower, inward energy of winter, this season often brings a natural lift in motivation and movement. The days are getting longer too, we’ll soon be seeing the sun set around 7:30pm and later, which always feels like such a mood boost ☀️
At the studio we’re embracing that seasonal shift as well.
Winter tends to be our yin season, slower, grounding and restful. As we move into spring and summer, our timetable gently shifts toward more energising and strengthening practices.
✨ From this week:
• Warm Yin will now run once a month on Friday evenings
• Hot Pilates with Cara joins the timetable weekly on a Friday night
A new season is always a lovely time to refresh your routine or try something new.

Trust us, there’s nothing to be nervous about🤪
We’re just normal people who happen to be lucky enough that our job is also our passion (& are forced to make silly reels by Vanessa🤣🙈)
However, our biggest priority is making you feel calm, comfortable and looked after from the moment you walk through the door! Your wellbeing always comes first.
We hear it all the time: “I was so nervous to come… and now I don’t know why!”
So don’t let the nerves get the better of you. Everyone here is incredibly friendly and you’ll feel that straight away. You won’t stand out like a sore thumb and if you want to, you can blend in perfectly until you feel right at home!
