Just finished my morning Meditation cycle (seated not biking ! :-) ) with a soft gentle focus on the warmth the copper pieces I was holding give me, (that my clients can use during a treatment) and as always the clarity I feel after, was pouring out. It's now, I give thanks to this, position myself in the sun's magnificant rays that are shining into the kitchen and sit quietly, allowing to come to me what ever wants to....
..feeling a purpose to offer clear instruction to anyone interested, a little history and details about the benefits of natures wonderful mineral - COPPER, especially if you're thinking of coming to join me on Tuesday evening at Barrow Village Hall - Lancashire because it will make the whole experience far greater 💛
I have been using copper and crystals as part of my personal work as well as with my treatments and more recently ladies / group circles, for about 8 years.
A truely excellent conductor of heat & electricity, malleable, ductile, corrosion-resistant, antimicrobial, and essential trace nutrient.
It also forms various copper minerals (ores) that are mined to extract the metal.
Think of this earth minerals uses in Electrical wiring, plumbing, alloys (bronze, brass), coins and construction...its immense.

In our circles, everything we create is intentional — the space, the energy, and the tools we choose to support healing, cleansing, and balance.
The copper pyramid and crystals are not used as something outside of you, but rather as gentle allies that help you return to your own natural state of harmony.
Copper has long been recognised across cultures as a powerful conductor of energy. Its role within the pyramid shape helps to amplify intention, encourage energetic flow, and support the release of stagnant or heavy emotions.
The pyramid itself is a sacred geometric form, symbolising balance, stability, and alignment — offering a quiet sense of safety and grounding as you rest within its energy.
Crystals carry their own unique frequencies, formed over time within the Earth.
Each crystal is carefully chosen, selected and cleansed.
When placed with care and intention, they have the ability to help to create an atmosphere of calm, clarity, and emotional support.
Many people experience these circles I hold or individual private 1 to 1 treatments, as a deep sense of being held, softened, and gently rebalanced — without force, without pressure, simply through presence.
Together, the copper pyramid, crystals, and the shared energy of the circle create a nurturing environment where your nervous system can relax, your mind can soften, and your body can begin to let go of what it no longer needs to carry.
A very important statement I wish to detail here:
This work is not about fixing you — because you are not broken.
It is about creating the space where you can remember your own inner balance, or at least take steps in the direction to finding this if its been clouded, your own wisdom, and your own natural capacity to heal. We all have this!!
