You may have noticed that in February and March a few of us got together to take part in the 21 Day Ice Bath Challenge for NI.

We're delighted to recieve our certificate with a grand total of £1,035 raised. Every donation will make a difference and we appreciate all the support throughout the challenge. Our 1st XV are the proud winners of the Bank of Ireland 𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗜𝗢𝗥 𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗘𝗟𝗗 after an 𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚 performance today against Ballymena, a team one league above. The final score was 31-22! 🥳👏🏼
