CHECK-IN WITH COACH — POST HOLIDAY ✈️

Safe to say that after years of working on my relationship with food and with bodybuilding, every time I go on holiday I feel less and less stressed about how to approach food while still staying aligned with my goals.

For a long time holidays used to feel tricky — trying to enjoy the experience but also not wanting to undo weeks or months of progress.

Now I feel like I’m finally reaching something really important: food freedom.

Yes, I’m still following a plan.
But my approach on holiday is simple:

80% on-plan food
20% off-plan food

That balance allows me to enjoy some treats, try different foods and still come back without gaining pounds and pounds of weight.

It’s not about restriction.
It’s about structure, balance and a healthy mindset around food.

And that’s exactly what I focus on with my coaching — helping people build realistic and sustainable food habits that work in real life.

BACK TO WORK — NO EXCUSES 💥

First day back after holiday… and what a day it’s been.

Our flight home was delayed, which meant I only had about 4 hours of sleep last night. But that didn’t change the mission for today.

My PT sessions were fully booked for the day ✅
Classes were scheduled ✅
Had a great push session ✅
And my clients deserved the same energy and focus they always get

Because when you’re a coach, high-quality service isn’t optional — it’s non-negotiable.

No matter how tired you are.
No matter the circumstances.
Your clients rely on you to show up at your best.

And that’s exactly what I did today.

The energy in every session and class was amazing, and seeing everyone working hard reminded me why I love what I do.

Holiday mode is officially over…
We’re back to building stronger bodies and stronger mindsets.

Happy International Women’s Day to all the incredible women out there 🌸💪

Today is a reminder that being a woman means we can be strong and powerful, but also soft and fragile. We can be ambitious, emotional, fearless, caring, determined… and anything else we choose to be.

There is no single way to be a woman — and that’s the beauty of it.

We feel lucky to be surrounded by so many inspiring women every day, whether in sport, business, friendships or family. Women supporting women is such a powerful thing.

So today we celebrate every woman who is chasing her dreams, overcoming challenges, lifting others up and being unapologetically herself.

Keep shining, keep pushing and keep being exactly who you want to be.

Today was PULL DAY… and yes, we are still training while on holiday 😌🔥 Nicola "Hurricane" Hopewell ❤️

For us, staying consistent even when we’re away is so important. Training keeps us feeling strong, focused and energised — and it reminds us that our goals don’t pause just because we’ve changed location.

Holiday mode for us is about balance.
Enjoy the food.
Enjoy the views.
Enjoy the slower mornings.
But still show up and put the work in.

Every session is a step closer to where we want to be. And there’s something really empowering about knowing we’re building discipline even when it would be easy not to.

Plus… there’s no better feeling than finishing a solid pull session and then going out for pasta guilt-free 👀🍝

First workout in Italy complete 🇮🇹💪 Nicola "Hurricane" Hopewell

Yes… we’re on holiday.
Yes… there’s amazing food everywhere.
And yes… it’s PUSH DAY 😌🔥

For us, training isn’t just something we do at home — it’s part of our lifestyle. Even when we’re away, getting a session in makes us feel good, keeps us focused and reminds us why we started.

Holiday mode doesn’t mean goal-free mode. It just means balance.

We love exploring, eating good food and relaxing… but we also love walking out of the gym knowing we’ve taken one more step closer to our goals.

Plus let’s be honest — starting the day with a solid push session just makes everything feel better (and earns that pasta later 👀🍝).

SUPPLEMENTS DON’T STOP JUST BECAUSE I’M GOING ON HOLIDAY ✈️💊

Packing my supplement stack before I fly out… because bodybuilding and health don’t take time off.

For me, supplements aren’t “extras”.
They’re there to support performance, recovery, muscle growth and overall health.

When you’re training intensely, pushing your body, dieting, travelling, changing routine — your body still needs support.
