I am excited to have added reiki to the list of treatments available. Though I was first qualified in 2014, I haven't offered this as a paid service until now.
But I feel it can be of great help. Reiki energy does not harm and can help ease energetical blockages as well as aid healing and general wellbeing.
I offer this as a full body treatment in person.
Or can arrange a distance healing session for a discounted price of £25.

This is a great way to learn everything without having to leave your home.
The course is presented in an interactive go at your own pace format. With multiple learning techniques: pdf manual format, online quizzes to test yourself, assignments, high quality theory and practice videos, continuous support via email and a live (1 x) video with me to ask questions and talk about anything Yin yoga related.

On completion of the course you can use the hours as continued professional development with yogaalliance.
Or use the course as a self practice development programme if you don't teach.

This might be helpful for anyone wanting to lay down some good habits with a yogic satvic start to the day.
This is 3 days breakfast prep done in 5 minutes. With store cupboard ingredients, healthy, cheap and easy. You can make it vegetarian or vegan easily. And switch up the sweetener of choice(I use honey mostly but stevia or maple syrup work too).
I add frozen fruit the night before or fresh fruit in the morning depending what's available.
Sometimes I add collagen powder, nuts, seeds or peanut butter, protein powder choices are endless...
And you can eat it straight from the fridge or if its winter, you can heat it up in a pan.

Overnight oats done three ways.
The choc 1:
Base of oats(1/2 cup) with Cacao/cocoa, water or milk, desert spoon of plain yogurt and a touch of honey.
The golden 1:
Base of oats with turmeric, clove, ginger, cinnamon, water or milk, spoon of plain yogurt and a touch of honey.
The matcha 1:
Base of oats, teaspoon of matcha powder, water or milk and honey. I added frozen pineapple to this one as it's tomorrow's breakfast.

It's a full 100hour course that you can use as cpd with yogaalliance if your already a
Equally, this course is great if you want to deepen your own practice.

The course is drip fed and you can do it at your own pace. It is video and text based and there are quizzes and assignments that you need to complete in order to receive certification.

Included in the price is a video call with me, where you can ask questions and talk Yin together. I am also available by email for support throughout.

Straight out of the shower after a quick cycle, a few moments for an practice before working online.
It's not the best handstand actually but I take these movement moments throughout the day. A Handstand, a few hip drills, or a standing balance, whatever my body calls for. And it's these consistent moments of movement that make a huge difference.
Don't get me wrong, I love a full yoga practice and I do that too. But when time is short and life is busy, 5 minute movement moments 5 times a day is a 25 minute focused skill set practice every day.
And I am particularly thankful for the strength it gives me or I think I would have broken something in my bike accident yesterday. But my wrists though painful survived the impact. And that strength and longevity of mobility is just one of the gifts a proper yoga practice will offer you.

So practice even if you have just 5 minutes, it will benefit you more than you might imagine.

If you feel called to join and meet your body with your breath in a safe and inclusive small group setting get in contact with me by message or phone.

Booking ahead is essential. I ask for 12 hours notice for last minute cancellations. Otherwise payment is required as we have limited spaces.

A new class in every Thursday evening with me. Here's a little taster of what you will experience in a class with me, we focus on alignment, breath and meeting the body where it is. You'll be surprised what you can do! All levels welcome from beginner to advanced. I'll work with you in a small group so there's lots of individual attention and chance to work with injuries or conditions as well as fine tune your practice properly.

Congratulations students on completing the course and qualifying as yoga teachers, we are proud of you!
If you want to join us for yoga teacher training to deepen your practice or teach others there are multiple ways you can join us!
1. Come to study and practice at our yoga school up in the foothills of the himalayas in India, Dharmsala we hold and monthly from March until November every year.
2. Come and join our school this February as we make our 1st near essouaira in our fully inclusive private resort.
3. The hybrid method: Come and train with me in Wales privately or in a small relaxed group. Then fly over to India to our centre for the final week to learn how to work with advanced props in our fully equipped centre and all about Indian philosophy.
