Straight out of the shower after a quick cycle, a few moments for an practice before working online.
It's not the best handstand actually but I take these movement moments throughout the day. A Handstand, a few hip drills, or a standing balance, whatever my body calls for. And it's these consistent moments of movement that make a huge difference.
Don't get me wrong, I love a full yoga practice and I do that too. But when time is short and life is busy, 5 minute movement moments 5 times a day is a 25 minute focused skill set practice every day.
And I am particularly thankful for the strength it gives me or I think I would have broken something in my bike accident yesterday. But my wrists though painful survived the impact. And that strength and longevity of mobility is just one of the gifts a proper yoga practice will offer you.
So practice even if you have just 5 minutes, it will benefit you more than you might imagine.
