This gentle seated Cat/Cow restores spinal movement, improves posture, and relieves stiffness — right in your chair.
Exhale – Seated Cat
Round your spine, tuck your chin, draw your belly in.
Inhale – Seated Cow
Lift your chest, roll shoulders back, gently arch and look forward.
Move slowly for 6–10 breaths.
