✨ The Cups Don’t Lie ✨
Can you guess which shoulder had the nearly 360° torn labrum?
The darker the mark, the more stagnation.
The mind is clever 🧠 it signals the body to protect itself. But over time this can lead to muscle guarding and overcompensation, often resulting in pain or further injury.
Even after surgery, patterns can remain.
Chronic tension.
Muscle holding.
Pain patterns that don’t simply disappear once things are “fixed”.
One of the things I love about cupping is how clearly it can reveal where the body has been holding stress and compensation patterns.
At least we can agree I practice what I preach. I only recommend therapies that I trust and use as part of my own recovery journey and my own experiences have fuelled my passion to learn these therapies and offer them to others.
Despite how it looks…
It’s not painful or aggressive.
In fact, many clients report it feeling deeply relaxing, releasing, and regulating.
The marks fade quickly.
Healing isn’t always aesthetic.
It isn’t always pretty.
But it can be minimally invasive, low side-effect, and incredibly supportive.
Cupping is one of the tools I use to manage chronic pain and help unwind years of protective patterning.
It’s often paired with Reiki and delivered in a way that supports both physical and emotional release, working with the body’s energy as well as the muscles and fascia.
If you’re carrying tension your body won’t let go of, come and experience it for yourself.
