You may change the springs every class but ever wondered HOW much you’re actually working against ❤️‍🔥?

Reformer Springs vary in strength depending on the amount of extension, so as the extension increases, so does the resistance! AKA: when you get into that low lunge, or you pull your arms that little bit higher - you’re only increasing the weight and building strength!!
