As an organisation, we commit ourselves to provide professional and high quality personalised Homecare services - ultimately supporting people in their own homes. We offer a personal support plan which is tailored to take into account the needs, wishes and preferences of YOU, our service users. Our guarantee is a friendly and reliable service to individuals who either pay for their own support or who receive full/part funding from their local authority. All of our competent and professional home support workers, supervisors, co-ordinators and managers receive training - enabling them to perform their essential duties and responsibilities at the highest standard. We follow a rigorous recruitment process that includes vetting staff through the PVG Scheme for any previous criminal convictions and also referencing.

Essential:
Full UK driving licence and access to vehicle (this is non‑negotiable).
Previous experience in a care setting; experience supervising or leading a team is highly desirable.
Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
A compassionate, person‑centred approach to care with the ability to multi‑task and prioritise.
Good IT skills (record‑keeping, care‑planning software or MS Office)
