As a sports injury therapist I am qualified to prevent, diagnose, and rehabilitate people with injuries. I have a good background and knowledge in sports and I can treat most sports or recreational activity regardless of age and ability. My aim is to assist patients / athletes return to optimal levels of occupational and sports specific fitness as soon as practicably possible. I believe that the manipulation of soft tissue prior to and after exercise is very important as it helps promote physical and physiological changes that aid performance and also recovery.
