The Dumbarton Social Group and Members’ Party was very well attended and thoroughly enjoyed by all 💚

The Mens Group led a toy drive and donated to both 'Our Lady of Loretto Primary School' and 'Clydemuir Primary School'. The staff team donated to West Dunbartonshire Community Foodshare.💚👏

Today marks the end of the awareness week. We know that winter and the festive season can add to those feelings, and affect our mental health and wellbeing.

Remember that there are crisis services available over the holiday season via Cruse Bereavement Support, Samaritans, Breathing Space and NHS 24 Mental Health Hub.
