hello all.
its that time of year again. so i will give the heads up...
on Sunday 16th at 6pm we will be setting some fireworks off to remember my 14 year old daughter who last her fight to cancer .. this is to mark 10 years. anyone whos wanting to join us on green hill football fields are more than welcone ...

Just to warn people I went a walk up Bardon hill this morning and my dog was having a drink from the lake and all of a sudden a crocodile appeared! Luckily we made a quick get away! Stay safe up there people and keep your dogs close by

If you like the idea of a work out that is more like a night out then Clubbercise is for you. We dance to popular hits from the decades with disco lights in the dark.

All of our classes are at The Charles Booth Centre in Thringstone every Tuesday night 6:30-7:20pm and every Thursday 6:30-7:10pm.

Thursday classes focus on combat and toning routines whilst Tuesday classes are a combination of dance routines with a few combat and toning tracks 🌈

Just £5.50 per class or both classes for just £9.50!!!
