This Weeks Wednesday Evening Classes are going to be held in the dance studio downstairs from the usual room, as there is a new floor being laid, so we shall be doing a Loop Band Workout in place of kettlebells and please also bring your dancing trainers with you and put them on when you arrive to prevent any outdoor stones/grit coming in on your shoes ### Thankyou lovelies ###
