Another happy client in last night through recommendation 🙌

They came in with lower back pain, and during assessment I found significant tension and knots through the mid-back. General massage and trigger point release weren’t giving the results we wanted, so we introduced instrument-assisted soft tissue work (scraping).

The result? Instant relief in pain and tension — and they were able to head to work this morning pain free 💪

Had a Coalville Rugby player in tonight presenting with mid–lower back pain. Assessment showed right-side tightness. After hands-on sports massage, muscle scraping, and cupping, pain was reduced and movement restored pain-free. Thanks for the continued support 💪
