As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support for
very outgoing, caring, and fun individuals who love to be out and about. They enjoy being as involved as possible in every aspect of their care. Someone who likes to have a lot of reassurance and understanding. Someone who likes to try new things and is encouraged to take positive risks. Someone who doesn’t allow their disability to hold them back. Someone who will need support in all daily living tasks. Someone who loves to cook and help support others.
This position is based in East Kilbride, working in a 24-hour service.
We are looking for a flexible, hard-working, kind, and compassionate person who is fun and bubbly, loves animals, and can adapt and understand routine and structure. Dedicated, trustworthy, reliable, committed, caring, enjoys having fun, is open to new experiences, and has a fun sense of humour to join our team.
Previous experience in assisted living or a similar setting would be beneficial but not essential, as all training is given on the job.
