You don’t need to cut out every carb forever — but you do need to choose wisely and pair them right, especially when you’re trying to improve your numbers and coming off medications.

Try these swaps:
âś… Swap pasta for spiralised courgette or Low Carb Pasta from CarbZone
âś… Choose cauliflower mash instead of potatoes
✅ Replace the potato/rice with a non-starchy veg cooked in the air fryer. Often it’s the texture that we’re looking for
âś… Eat your protein & vegs first, carbs last

This way, your blood sugar rise is steadier and recovery is faster.

It’s not about punishment — it’s about balance and repair.
