How is that even possible?

Every 'anniversary' has been different. It varies with time & circumstance.
When life is good, calm, content & happy, then the date is filled with reflection, love & fond memories, alongside the sadness and celebration of Keith.

When times are tough, it is way more difficult to comprehend. There is still pain & a whole host of unpleasant emotions.
The last couple of years have been extra challenging, so today there are tears with the memories, and an ache in my heart. Miss you still 💙 Love you always 💜

Even though it is many years now, there are times when it still feels raw or resurfaces, due to circumstances or difficult times.
The difference is now I know I can navigate it and 'this too shall pass '
