Hi everyone. We hope you had a great Christmas! We would like to politely remind people to contact us if they can't make their appointment. In November we had 9x no-shows. In December we had 13x no-shows (or last-minute cancellations). We do have a reserve list, but if you don't let us know that you are not attending, we can't book anyone else in, and unfortunately we still have bills to pay. Please let us know if you can't make your appointment. Thank you 🙏

Hi everyone. We hope that you are all well. We have had a few messages regarding vouchers not being received in the post. We post all vouchers on the same day of purchase (Royal Mail 1st Class), but unfortunately we can't guarantee Royal Mail delivery times. We would advise people to collect vouchers from the shop from today, as any vouchers posted now are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. Thank you 😊
