More people are aware of the guidelines of 150 minutes of moderate intensity activity per week but there is less awareness of the recommendation that all adults should complete muscle strength exercises twice a week. If you don't know where to start or would like some guidance, our physios are ready to guide you on your strength journey. 💪

Yes - this is just an excuse to introduce my new running partner - well in a year anyway! If the lengths of the house she does are anything to go by she’s going to be a good runner.
