As much as it pains me to say (and post) it, sometimes a bog standard straight leg raise is effective for training, maintaining tension in the quads.

Watch to the end to see leg go off the richter scale.

I asked Chat GPT to help me come up with a really good image/advert to promote our steroid injection service.

As you can see, I'm kinda not worried about AI coming for my job any time soon 🤣

But anyway, we do steroid injections. They do target pain and do help you regain movement.

Come to the clinic for an assessment, I'll show you that our logo is actually straight as well.

This week, Cockermouth Rehab Studio turned 1 as we celebrated 1 year since getting the keys to the clinic.

I'm beyond proud of what we've achieved in that time. Nearly 700 clients through the door!
