🎄✨ Christmas Closure Announcement ✨🎄

I know it’s early, but I want to make sure everyone has plenty of time to get their appointments booked in before the festive season.

📅 I will be closing after appointments on Saturday 20th December at 2.00pm.
📅 I’ll reopen the week beginning 5th January.

This applies to both human and equine clients.

During this time, you’re welcome to get in touch via text, email, or voicemail — but please note I won’t be responding to any enquiries until I reopen on 5th January.

Thank you so much for your understanding, and I look forward to seeing you before the break! 🎁🐴💆‍♀️

💆‍♀️ Feeling tight across your neck and shoulders? Whether it’s from desk work, riding, or just everyday stress, a few gentle stretches can make all the difference.

✨ Try these simple moves:
1️⃣ Neck tilts – slowly bring your ear towards your shoulder, hold, then switch sides (you can use your hand to add additional gentle pressure, shown below 👇🏼)
2️⃣ Shoulder rolls – circle your shoulders forwards and backwards to release tension.
3️⃣ Chin to chest – gently lower your chin and feel the stretch down the back of your neck.
4️⃣ Upper back opener – interlace your fingers, push your hands forwards, and round your shoulders.

Take it slow, breathe deeply, and never force the movement. Just a few minutes can help you feel lighter, looser, and more relaxed. 🌿

🍂 Autumn is the perfect time to reset your wellness routine! As the days get cooler and cosier, here are some nutrition + exercise ideas to keep you feeling strong, energised, and balanced:

🥦 Nourish Your Body

Enjoy seasonal produce like squash, apples, sweet potatoes, and kale.

Swap sugary drinks for warm herbal teas or infused water with cinnamon + citrus

Focus on hearty but healthy meals: soups, roasted veggies, grain bowls.

💪 Move with the Season

Go for brisk walks or hikes to enjoy the Autumn colors.

Try indoor workouts (yoga, pilates, strength training) on cooler days.

Stay consistent—short, daily movement is better than all-or-nothing.

🧘 Mindful Living

Get natural light in the morning to support your mood + energy.

Prioritise quality sleep as the nights get longer.

Practice gratitude—autumn is all about slowing down and appreciating the moment.

✨ Small changes now = a healthier, happier you this season.
