🌿 Meet Our Home Manager – Carol Davies 🌿

We’re delighted to introduce Carol Davies, our new Home Manager here at Kirklands Care Home. 💚

Carol began her journey in care over 21 years ago. After qualifying as a nursery nurse, she soon realised her heart was calling her towards a different kind of care one where she could make a lasting difference to people’s lives. And what can she say? It truly was meant to be .

Throughout her career, Carol has worked her way through every level of care from Carer to Senior, Team Leader, Unit Manager, Deputy, and Home Manager after achieving her Level 5 qualification. Her wealth of experience and genuine passion for people shines through in everything she does.

“Care is my vocation. I love ensuring that our beautiful residents receive not just the care they need, but the care they want. I’m excited to share my experience with our team and families, and to help make Kirklands a true home from home.” – Carol Davies

Today we fulfilled our lovely residents wishes with a wonderful bright bouquet of flowers from Fearon Flowers (06) ltd and our resident said how nice to know that Wishes Do Come true 💐🥰
