Hello everyone 👋

We’re Hayward Community Care — a small, dedicated team of local carers who are truly passionate about what we do. Since opening our doors in May 2013, we’ve been proud to support people in our community to stay safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes 🏡

We know that inviting someone into your home for support is a big step. That’s why we don’t just “provide care” — we take the time to really get to know you. Your routines, your preferences, your story… because care should always feel personal, not rushed or clinical.

We can support with:
• Personal care
• Medication support & management
• Help with daily routines
• Getting out into the community
• Cleaning and household tasks
• Companionship — a friendly face and someone to talk to

We also accept local authority funding, helping make our support accessible to more people who need it.

What makes us different is simple — we genuinely care. We offer person-centred support, unhurried visits, and 24/7 support for complete peace of mind.
