Crosspath Care is excited to launch a dedicated service supporting children and young people (CYP) aged 11–25 across Essex. Starting this November, this therapeutic service focuses on helping CYP re-engage with education, build life skills, and work towards personal goals in a nurturing, structured environment.

We’re looking for passionate, experienced support workers who want to make a real difference in the lives of young people—working exclusively with young people during school term time.

About the Role

This is a CYP-only support role, ideal for those seeking consistent daytime hours during the school term. You’ll work therapeutically with young people to:

Rebuild confidence and emotional resilience
Support re-engagement with education and learning
Develop social, emotional, and practical life skills
Help CYP work towards personal goals in a safe, structured setting

Driving is essential for this role
Travel paid at your hourly rate
Mileage paid at 45p per mile
Free DBS and training
