Our next community meditation night is hosted by the beautiful Briony Lawton of

Join us for a gentle evening at the Buck 🦌 Full Moon 🌕 for some yoga nidra, poetry and journaling, for stillness and peace in a busy world.

We will meet at The Tallow Factory, followed by a short mindful walk and rest in nature (weather dependent).
Please wear comfortable layers, suitable footwear and bring a blanket to sit / lie on.

Wishing you a peaceful and grounded Mindful Monday. Our Dedham Mindfulness Community support group is needed now more than ever. Our individual and collective mental health over the next month of lockdown is our highest priority for keeping well and healthy. Human connection is essential to our mental health so please know that I am doing whatever we can to ensure that our community can still safely come together during this transitional time.
