Stronger together, even when we are apart 💖

The Studio doors may still remain closed, but for the time being our Community have transitioned to LIVE Online Pilates Classes at home...and they’re brilliant ! 🧘🏼‍♀️ Hopefully before too long we will be back here together. Lottie x

I thought it about time to introduce myself, the person behind LW Pilates and the face/founder behind

My name is Lottie and I am lucky enough to say I LOVE my job as a Pilates teacher. With experience and education it is my mission to work with clients to improve their range of movement to safely maximise their potential. I believe that Pilates is a fantastic discipline that can work for everybody, regardless of age or ability.

I began Pilates as a means to increasing flexibility, suppleness and functional movement while playing full time Amateur golf. I very quickly fell in love with the benefits that it had to offer by helping assist with my golfing technique as well as my overall health. ⛳️🏌🏼‍♀️

Playing golf to a high level enabled me to gain an extensive background in movement of the body, which has fuelled my knowledge of anatomy, alignment and injury prevention.

It is my mission to help people strengthen their mind and body and empower people to take ownership of their bodies, their ailments and injuries and to become or remain pain free and strong.

I’m enjoying connecting with everyone via online Pilates classes and it makes me so happy to keep moving and smiling together 🧘🏼‍♀️🤍✨

Coming to the end of another week of this online working life 💻 and I just wanted to say... To all of our lovely clients that keep turning up to the weekly online classes - Thank you! To our private clients who have also stuck by us & continued to work hard - Thank you! 🧘🏼‍♀️ ✨

Pilates is so good for our mind and body and for to continue to offer it to you all makes her so happy 🥰💖

I’m missing my beautiful Studio!
I cannot wait to get back to all of my lovely clients and give them a BIG hug!
