I have a huge back ground in the human body, how it moves, how it works, how to notice the warning signs (this one took some maturing for me to really be able to take stock of). I have been working professionally as a dancer for the past 10 years, orchestrating my body to be at its physical peak for the majority of that time. It's safe to say it has certainly been a journey of mind and body, trying to understand and accommodate the needs of both. I found myself dealing with several injuries, some long standing, others from the nature of the job, however I always turned to massage as a way to help soothe my aches and pains, and when I came across Raynor Massage quite by chance, I really have never felt so rejuvenated after a session as I had done with Ronan. I give credit to my years of performing/training as a way to have learnt the do's and don'ts of recovery, it certainly has led me onto the path of massage from a personal aspect and all I want to do now is share some of that incite and training to help relieve the tension that may be holding you back from enjoying your life to the fullest.
