I want to send love to all the incredible mothers in my life and among my friends the women who show up every day with strength, tenderness and devotion whilst re-mothering themselves. My heart with you🤍

Sending love too to those who have lost their mums, and to those who are blessed to still cherish theirs.

May today hold a little extra love, remembrance and gratitude for the women who gave us life. 💛

Energetically we are together and as one…if not physically, love is imprinted.

We are less than a week away from our Parent & Teen Connection Workshop and we have a few spaces still available.

Gratefully old patterns are collapsing at a much greater rate for our highest & best good, ancestral grief is unraveling… ❤️

In my own healing, with my teens & while holding space for souls… I am reviling in truly hearing souls and being heard soul family 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I’ve witnessed transformations that feel magical.

Cellular & profound shifts, changes that ripple far beyond rooms.

The energies are moving so fast now… dissolving what no longer belongs…

I've joined forces with my incredible friend Suzi and together we're bringing you something that feels so needed right now.

Parent & Teen Connection Workshop — 14th March .tree.room in Colchester.

If you're raising a teen and sometimes catch yourself reacting from a place of fear, old wounds or patterns you didn't choose… this is for you.

Together we're holding space for parents who want to:

💛 Build deeper, more authentic connection with their teen
💛 Understand and heal the patterns showing up in their parenting
💛 Move from control to compassion
💛 Do their own inner work while holding space for their child's growth

We'll be weaving together breathwork, Crystal Reiki, reflection and real honest conversation — because parenting our teens is also an invitation to reparent ourselves.

✨ Reparenting Ourselves While Parenting Our Teens✨

Parenting teens is a journey and often it reflects our own childhood patterns.

I’ve noticed how fear, strict rules, and old wounds have traveled through me… shaping how I respond to my teen.

Through reparenting myself, I’m learning to:

💎 Connect deeper, listening to my heart and theirs

💎 Release old patterns of fear and control

💎 Practice self love, self-honouring, and self-discipline

💎 Lead with connection, not disconnection

Using crystals, Reiki, breath work mindfulness, and daily practices, I can speak my truth and role model freedom to voice their truths, have capacity to hold space for my teens while nurturing my own growth.

The result is were building trust, understanding, and authentic connection together. 💖

Parenting isn’t just about guiding them… it’s about healing ourselves along the way.
