2025 ~ what a whirlwind of a year!

Il be honest, I’m just glad I got through it. Multiple times this year I thought about giving up and it makes me so sad to say because piercing is my passion!

Although I’m glad to see the back of this year, Its nice to sit down and reflect on my achievements - no matter how big or small!
✨Completed my fourth year in business (5 years next April! 😱).
✨Moved studios after 7 years & went fully disposable.
✨First .v conference completed with bestie.
✨Offered guest spots across Europe and further from the finest piercers.
✨My work being used as educational content at conferences across the globe (3 times!).
✨Featured in another look book.
✨Completed my first Christmas market.
✨Made 12 day advent calendars and my own brand of piercing pillows.
✨Hit 2 million views on insta! Which seems trivial but 2 million+ people have seen my work?! Madddddd.
All this whilst helping .tcg open up shop too… what a ride!

So, what now? 2026 is the year of continued progression. I want to host seminars, guest spot as many times as I can, learn new skills within the industry and further. Continue working on and learning to love myself and loving those close to me. Most of all, be able to offer something back, especially to you guys because without you I’d be nothing 🫶🏼

Work continues for me today and I’m sifting through all my ready-to-go photos that got lost in space.

Vertical lip pierced by me (ages ago), upgraded (also ages ago) to a YG Stella from 💫 paired with a YG Pear Cut CZ.
Statement pieces, healed fabulously.

Jewellery change on this healed flat from a while ago. Green Sapphire from paired with the Lina double chain charm from .jewels ✨
I have another Lina double chain in the cabinet. Champagne in colour. If it doesn’t go soon you’ll probably see it in my own set up 🥂

Of course whilst Soph was here we couldn’t resist adding another piercing - A single flat/Helix on the opposite side with this peachy toned, Sacred Symbols number.

I’m in love with this combination. It’s giving vintage/antique vibes🪞

Unintentionally made my whole page yellow gold but I fw white gold too 🫦

Fitted this Halston by for my Daith twin yesterday 👯‍♀️

This flat, although healed for a long time, healed at a slight angle so curating has to be strategic.
After browsing through the cabinets, we decided this piece would be perfect to help disguise the angle whilst maintaining optimal boujee vibes (if anything, the angle intensifies the dangle so every cloud ☁️).

These pieces are the daintiest. Alongside our miniature trinity dots they really do make for the best gap fillers or, if you’re wanting to scratch the ‘more piercings’ itch without cluttering your curations.

It’s also really fun to perform! Pierced using blades & supplies.
Added a mirror polish disk, anodised in-house by me ⚜️

This is .hutchings second attempt at healing a Snonch. We previously did one the other side which didn’t work out for various reasons, that’s the reality sometimes!
Flexible area, high movement, snagable asf. So this time we’re doing it with the flattest attachment and strict aftercare instructions 🧼
Pray for us on this lengthy healing journey 🙏🏼

I also got the chance to pierce Megan’s friend! Another disk, anodised to a gold tone.

We added a fresh forward helix using Mistress from Junipurr, then fitted the first and second lobe as well as the blade piece in the helix.

It’s been a hot minute since I’ve posted a septum on my feed but Rui gave me my confidence back✨

I took them off half a year ago (maybe longer actually!) after two tricky ones in a row. I have always used forceps for septum’s and never trialled other techniques and that in all honesty is what let me down.

I stupidly, after many months of not doing them, gave myself the monumental task of changing everything I previously knew ALL AT ONCE 😮‍💨 laying instead of sitting, freehand instead of forceps. Rings instead of circulars. No taper, markings completely changed, anatomy check completely different. It was too much!
Brainwave with this one… strip. it. back. Practice with them laying first, try a receiving tube instead. Bingo.

It all felt so natural and what a result! I can’t wait to try this technique again and again. I can’t wait to add them back on as a full service. I can’t wait to accommodate fully to all who walk through my door and it wouldn’t be possible without those who put their trust in my abilities. Thank you thank you x
