Tri Healing will be attending the Life Arts Mind Body Spirit Events for Chelmsford and Trinty park this year . I will be offering Shamanic healing tasters once again which are very popular.
Looking forward to meeting everyone over these weekends . If you have t been before , these events are very well organised and attended .

Lovely sunny walk today in amongst the bare branches and trees .
What a difference (sun) light makes to my perspective.

Nature is the most amazing teacher and healer .. subtly using the changing seasons and weather to help us appreciate the light in life .. to alchemise the darkness .

Just a reminder that as well a shamanic healing sessions , I also offer Indian head massage…

so if you are feeling stressed ,returning to work after the festivities why not book an Indian head massage with me .

Each session is approximately an hour long , which includes sound healing at the end of the massage . Message me for details and availability.

Our next gong bath for sound healing is next month at the Minories . February 28th we are holding two sessions 1-2 pm and 3-4 pm .
