2025 taught us a great deal.
It was a challenging year for lawn care.

Some lawns struggled.
Some suffered drought damage that simply couldn’t be reversed.

Are you passionate about the outdoors and eager to learn a new skill in a supportive, premium environment? The Lawnologist, a high-end lawn-care specialist, is looking for a Trainee Lawn Technician to join our expert team.

What We’re Looking For:
• A genuine love for working outdoors in all seasons.
• Good physical fitness to handle lawn care tasks.
• A clean driving licence.
• Great spoken English and confidence in communicating with clients at any level.
• A presentable appearance to represent our prestigious brand.
• No prior experience is needed; full training will be provided.

The Role:
As a lawn tech with us, you’ll learn to deliver our bespoke lawn-care services to high-end clients, help grow our customer base, and occasionally bring in new clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a company that values both scientific expertise and the beauty of well-kept lawns. This can be a part time role that grows into a full time role for the right person with a good approach and attitude.
