It's a New Year🎉! The Healthworkz Team hope you all had a good festive period.
We are open again and looking forward to seeing everyone in 2025.
Healthworkz team are always excited to be here for all our clients and being able to offer an accessible fitness studio for people affected with Long term neurological conditons in the Community.
Going into our 4th year! We are always thinking about how we can offer more services and support! also working/ sign posting with other community groups, Charities and professional services.

Hello everyone! Healthworkz is supporting MS-UK 'My MS Marathon' challenge through out the Month of August. As a studio collective we are static cycling 2600 km! whether upper body or lower body cycling
Certainly a good challenge for everyone.

If you would like to do your own challenge in what ever the activity but around the number 26 get involved through the link below.

Let smash it and raise some great funds for an amazing Charity that does so much for many people affected with MS.

My MS Marathon will be back in July and we’re challenging you to take on your own marathon to raise money for MS-UK’s Counselling.

Wow! What a great month July has been, Everyone who has took part in' My MS Challenge' have been amazing taking part in the own challenges and working towards the Healthworkz Studio collective of 260 miles cycling a week 👏👏👏👏. Thank you to everyone for all the fantastic support people have shown their friends and family. I know we have smashed our target of £4000 helping MS-UK raise their £7000 target for the challenge 😃 We will keep you posted on final amount collected. Starting tomorrow! I'm Looking forward helping our clients at Healthworkz studio achieve their own personal challenges set out by the Healthworkz team to help raise money for a great charity that is MS-UK! The charity provide some amazing services on a national level to people affected with Multiple Sclerosis. I have been honored and privileged to be part of MS-UK Journey providing exercise services and online classes for the past 10 years, meeting some amazing positive people who live with a long term condition.
