So great to see my teenage daughter at work giving Reiki ❤️ Sofia grew up with Reiki around her and when she was younger didn’t really seem that interested. Sometimes I’d give her Reiki and sometimes not. I never wanted to force anything on her. As she entered high school, she seemed to take more interest in energy, as she learnt more about energy on social media. So, I would do some Reiki sessions on her and her friends! 🥰 Then, last year, Sofia asked to learn Reiki. I was so happy! 😊 So proud!

Wow! It was so super cool to meet - he was so inspiring and talked about embracing AI and to be innovative. This year, Reiki has evolved with me and I can see innovative ways to use it. I watched his talk at MBS Birmingham as he calculated people’s birth dates in his head 🤯🤯🤯 It really was next level! WOW!
We were so lucky to get a walking and talking reading for .s.888 😍 as we walked from his talk to our one at the Wellbeing Studio! So great to meet Hagan and hope to meet him again! 🤩

I have met so many extraordinary healers and like-minded people, who are bringing so much light into this world ❤️ You know who you are 😍 People I meet have wonderful energies and have been blessed with fantastic audiences to create high frequency collective healing and miracles ❤️ I came away from MBS Birmingham on such a high. There’s something always so magical about it. The team are brilliant and always make us feel so welcome. This year, I had so much fun with .s.888 raising the vibration of MBS through healing and music, and generating over 1200 hours of healing ❤️ Can’t wait to create more magic with MBS next year - watch this space! 💫

Sooooo lovely to bump into at MBS Birmingham, after her drumming workshop! 😍 I met Melonie when I exhibited at MBS London for the first time, back in 2023, when her stall was opposite to me. I was so blessed, as my Reiki taster sessions had drumming in the background - putting clients in a deeper healing bliss state (and me!) ❤️ Now, the drum calls to me and I will be making a drum with Melonie next year. Watch this space! Cant wait 🥁 🥁 🥁

I absolutely LOVE dancing! That's why I had so much fun collaborating with Binaural Beat Journeys with their Immersive Ecstatic Dance session at MBS Festival Birmingham.
The tracks used were produced by Lauren Davies and Marcel Melito, a house music producer with over 20 years experience in the industry, to the 528Hz frequency of LOVE - mixed by DJ Al, who's just full of love! My healer friend, Chet, and I were up on stage on the mics raising the vibration and rippling it out to the rest of the show. As a collective, we generated over 650 hours of healing, through dancing! It was AWESOME!!

WOW! I have had a BLAST at the wonderful Mind Body Spirit Festival! I have been buzzing since - it's such a HIGH when we are in the MBS bubble and it continues on through everyday life after. I LOVE that feeling!!! ❤ What I love about it is the coming together of this spiritual community of high vibrational, entrepreneurial creators, who's purpose is to serve ❤

Such great fun meeting the wonderful Buckso Dhillon from 🤩🤩🤩 - amazing high energy and lots of laughter! I met Buckso on the Midlife Wisdom stage , after my talk, and stayed for her’s on ‘The beauty in life after loss’. It was brilliant with lots of laughter, as well as touching stories ❤️ Absolutely loved her energy!!

I first heard of reiki when I was 15 years old. I was going through my GCSEs and felt I needed something to help me relax. Back then, there was no such thing as ‘anxiety’ and anything ‘alternative’ was just ‘weird’! My school friend’s mother did reiki and I was open to trying it. I did not understand what reiki was back then and all I remember was lying on a couch, listening to sounds of whales and wondering why my friend’s mum was hovering and waving her hands up and down over me.
Fast forward nearly a decade on, I was backpacking round-the-world and met an American guy called David in one of the most magical places, Koh Pha-Ngan, Thailand (see photo) - this was when it was not so popular with the tourists. David was learning reiki and asked me if I wanted to be a guinea pig. It was a wow moment - all I felt was heat travelling up and down my body getting hotter and hotter. I felt something unlock in my stomach area, which I now know is the ‘solar plexus’ - where we hold our emotions. The heat carried on for about an hour, and it was only then I realised, David had left me there 40 minutes earlier to go chat with others. I only opened my eyes because I could hear his voice in the distance.

When I returned to London, I looked up reiki and started my reiki training with a famous palm reader from Camden. In 2010, an opportunity arose for me to do my reiki master course. Everyone that experiences reiki will always tell you what opportunities follow once they do reiki.
In my reiki masters course, I had another extraordinary experience. Suddenly, I could see everything clearer - my vision had miraculously improved - like I could see the finer details of everything. It was so powerful. My Reiki lineage goes back to Mikao Usui (the founder of the traditional reiki method) which still blows my mind!
Along my journey, I have met with and been taught by the most inspiring, lovely and wise teachers. As well as a reiki master teacher, I am a certified hypnotherapist and angel card reader. I have studied at the College of Psychic Studies to develop my intuition and reguarly practice meditations. I am also a Business Studies graduate with a digital marketing diploma and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
