Last weekend, I hosted the Reiki Goddess Psychic circle. There’s always something magical when women get together❤️
We met our Reiki guides and used a Reiki technique that opens up the heart space and your energy and psychic channels❤️

Here is your reminder it is the last day of the year of the snake. Here’s 7 tips of what you can do before it is the Year of the Horse. You must do these by midnight. If not, you can sweep away good fortune and you don’t want to do that! ❤️
1. Sweep away all the dust - this is sweeping away all the bad luck, misfortunes and everything that doesn’t serve you
2. Cut your hair - as Chanel says, “A woman who cuts her hair is about to change her life” -avoid using scissors and knives tomorrow!
3. Wash your hair - this will also get rid of bad luck and misfortunes - because you don’t want to wash away any good luck for tomorrow
4. Get your car washed!
5. Decorate your home with red and gold to bring in new luck
6. Hoover your home
7. Wash your door with warm water in cinnamon! Thank you for the feng shui tip ❤️❤️

I am so excited to confirm that I will be doing a talk - 'Manifesting Miracles: 5D Hypnotic Reiki' - at London Olympia for the biggest Mind Body Spirit Festival in Europe on Friday 22 May 2026.
As I evolve, my talks have evolved. I noticed my words have more conviction, I stay more in the present and I just know more. That is the power of Reiki and I love to share it with you.

I first heard of reiki when I was 15 years old. I was going through my GCSEs and felt I needed something to help me relax. Back then, there was no such thing as ‘anxiety’ and anything ‘alternative’ was just ‘weird’! My school friend’s mother did reiki and I was open to trying it. I did not understand what reiki was back then and all I remember was lying on a couch, listening to sounds of whales and wondering why my friend’s mum was hovering and waving her hands up and down over me.
Fast forward nearly a decade on, I was backpacking round-the-world and met an American guy called David in one of the most magical places, Koh Pha-Ngan, Thailand (see photo) - this was when it was not so popular with the tourists. David was learning reiki and asked me if I wanted to be a guinea pig. It was a wow moment - all I felt was heat travelling up and down my body getting hotter and hotter. I felt something unlock in my stomach area, which I now know is the ‘solar plexus’ - where we hold our emotions. The heat carried on for about an hour, and it was only then I realised, David had left me there 40 minutes earlier to go chat with others. I only opened my eyes because I could hear his voice in the distance.

When I returned to London, I looked up reiki and started my reiki training with a famous palm reader from Camden. In 2010, an opportunity arose for me to do my reiki master course. Everyone that experiences reiki will always tell you what opportunities follow once they do reiki.
In my reiki masters course, I had another extraordinary experience. Suddenly, I could see everything clearer - my vision had miraculously improved - like I could see the finer details of everything. It was so powerful. My Reiki lineage goes back to Mikao Usui (the founder of the traditional reiki method) which still blows my mind!
Along my journey, I have met with and been taught by the most inspiring, lovely and wise teachers. As well as a reiki master teacher, I am a certified hypnotherapist and angel card reader. I have studied at the College of Psychic Studies to develop my intuition and reguarly practice meditations. I am also a Business Studies graduate with a digital marketing diploma and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
