I absolutely love sharing the power of Reiki. It's such a beautiful energy to work with. Reiki is so intuitive, it just goes to where it's needed. As a Reiki channeller, I do my best to keep my energy high vibe and clear. Reiki evolves with you, and I encourage to use daily it if you are attuned to Reiki. The more you use Reiki, the bigger and clearer your energy becomes, and the Reiki becomes so powerful.

In the last week, I have regressed 3 people taking them back to their past lives, through hypnosis. It's so fascinating! Past lives have included being a Roman soldier, woman living in community in ancient times and even a mermaid!

Back at London Olympia - not for the usual MBS (mind body spirit festival), but the Corporate Wellbeing Expo! Was great to showcase what I do for corporate wellbeing with my talks and Reiki tasters. Being from a corporate background, I love to give back. I have been there - stressed, nearly burned out and so it's great to show employees that as a collective, we can turn this around!

The expo was so much fun and had a blast with my wonderful helpers, Crystal Johns and Kash, my stall neighbours Nova Locks, Loomie London, the Corporate Wellbeing Expo team and meeting inspiring like-minded people, like the Marc The Dental Shaman and many more 😄

My favourite Reiki book has to be 'Reiki for life' by Penelope Quest. She has amazing techniques in there for you to practice and master.

How things align ❤️ Last year, I was wanting to speak at the expo, as this is part of what I do - go into corporates and remind employees to stay present, on their mind and body, in the work place.

I know how stressful it can be in the workplace, even toxic. I have been there, my clients have been there. I help people and organisations go from near burnout and stress to feeling more themselves, focused and high performing.

Wow, it’s been a journey to come this far and as we came out of the Year of the Snake - where I really shedded my skin - I am transitioning in the Year of the Horse 🔥🐎 And, boy, is it fast!

Last weekend, I hosted the Reiki Goddess Psychic circle. There’s always something magical when women get together❤️

How reiki will always find you

I first heard of reiki when I was 15 years old. I was going through my GCSEs and felt I needed something to help me relax. Back then, there was no such thing as ‘anxiety’ and anything ‘alternative’ was just ‘weird’! My school friend’s mother did reiki and I was open to trying it. I did not understand what reiki was back then and all I remember was lying on a couch, listening to sounds of whales and wondering why my friend’s mum was hovering and waving her hands up and down over me.

Fast forward nearly a decade on, I was backpacking round-the-world and met an American guy called David in one of the most magical places, Koh Pha-Ngan, Thailand (see photo) - this was when it was not so popular with the tourists. David was learning reiki and asked me if I wanted to be a guinea pig. It was a wow moment - all I felt was heat travelling up and down my body getting hotter and hotter. I felt something unlock in my stomach area, which I now know is the ‘solar plexus’ - where we hold our emotions. The heat carried on for about an hour, and it was only then I realised, David had left me there 40 minutes earlier to go chat with others. I only opened my eyes because I could hear his voice in the distance.

When I returned to London, I looked up reiki and started my reiki training with a famous palm reader from Camden. In 2010, an opportunity arose for me to do my reiki master course. Everyone that experiences reiki will always tell you what opportunities follow once they do reiki.
