Oaks Hospital is one of Essex's leading private hospitals with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality private hospital treatments and services. Located on the outskirts of Colchester, the hospital opened on this site in 1994 and currently has 57 bedrooms including three twin-bedded rooms all with en-suite facilities to ensure complete privacy throughout your stay. Staff are friendly and professional and respect individual patient needs at all times. Oaks Hospital has a tradition of working closely with Consultants and patients to ensure the best quality healthcare is consistently being delivered. All Consultants undergo rigorous vetting procedures, ensuring only those who are qualified and experienced are granted practising privileges which are reviewed on a regular basis. Kelly is a true powerhouse behind our MDTs, playing a crucial role in ensuring complex, spinal, orthopaedic and cancer patients receive safe, timely and coordinated care. She expertly brings teams together across organisations, keeps discussions running smoothly, tracks complex and revision cases, and makes sure every outcome is accurately recorded and followed through.

As the key link with ESNEFT cancer services, Kelly helps prevent delays, supports clinicians, and reassures patients during what can be an incredibly anxious time. Coming from a non-clinical background, her compassion, dedication and drive to improve processes shine through in everything she does.
