Treatment combined massage, cupping, and TCM acupuncture to reduce pain, release tension, and restore mobility.

St Helena Hospice is celebrating their 40th year of providing compassionate care and bereavement support to the local community, made possible by the generosity of volunteers over the years. To continue to be here for the next generation, St Helena needs to grow their team of volunteers, and they are hoping you will be part of that.

I decided to volunteer because I know how hard the journey of terminal illness and bereavement is. If I can bring some light to the darkness even for an hour, it’s a job well done. Volunteering at St Helena is one of the best decisions I’ve made, so I hope you will join me.
