So you have found your person

26/03/2026

We put so much effort into finding the right person…

But once we’ve found them,
we stop checking in.

Conversations get shorter.
You assume things are fine.
You stop saying what you really mean.

And slowly… things change.

👉 Not because you don’t care
👉 Because no one showed us how to maintain a relationship

We spend so long finding the right person…
but we don’t always think about how to stay connected once we have them.

That’s where drift begins.

The Renewal Method™ is a simple yearly reset for couples who want to stay strong, not wait until something feels wrong.

Most couples don’t realise they’ve drifted… until they feel it.”

It doesn’t happen overnight.

It’s subtle.

You stop asking certain questions.
You stop sharing certain things.
You assume instead of checking in.

And life just… carries on.

Until one day you realise —
you’re not quite as connected as you used to be.

Not broken.
Just… not where you were.

That’s why reflection matters before distance turns into disconnection. #

The renewal
Method. A new modern tradition

Every year we review our finances… insurances health… even our car.”

“But how often do couples sit down and review their relationship?”

“In modern life couples are juggling so much - work, children, stress, endless distractions.
And often the relationship slowly slips into the background without anyone noticing.

“That’s the idea behind The Renewal Method.

Once a year new modern traditions couples take time to reflect on the year they’ve shared… talk honestly about what’s working, what isn’t… and what they want the next chapter of their relationship to look like.” What’s changed around them what adjustments need making

The booklet also
Acts as a keepsake
You can record that journey together too, their reflections, memories, hopes for the future,so over time it becomes a beautiful record of the life they’ve built together.

“It’s not therapy.

It’s simply a structured moment for couples to reconnect and renew their commitment each year.”

We spend so much time reviewing things in our lives.

We review our insurance.
We compare prices when we go shopping.
We plan holidays months in advance.
We organise the kids’ schedules, school events, dentist appointments.

We service the car.
We check the boiler before winter.
We update our wills.

So much of life runs on reviews.

But here’s the strange thing…

How often do we actually sit down and review our relationship?

Not during an argument.
Not when something’s already gone wrong.

Just… intentionally.

To ask questions like:
Are we still on the same page?
What’s been working for us this year?
Where might we have drifted without noticing?

Most couples never do this.

Not because they don’t care.
But because life gets busy… and we assume love will just carry on by itself.

But relationships, like everything else we value, need reflection.
They need attention.
They need renewal.

And maybe the real question is this…

If we review almost every other area of life…

why do we leave the most important partnership on autopilot?”

“And that’s exactly why I created The Renewal Method.”

Every stage of life asks something new of a relationship.

New priorities.
New pressures.
New conversations.

Yet most couples never stop to reflect on how their relationship needs to evolve alongside the life they’re building.

Strong relationships aren’t static.

They are renewed, realigned, and nurtured over time.
