Strength training is about so much more than aesthetics.
For women, it matters for confidence, resilience, movement quality, and long-term health — including bone health. Worldwide, 1 in 3 women over 50 will experience an osteoporotic fracture in their remaining lifetime, and women are at greater risk of osteoporosis than men, particularly around and after menopause.
That is one of the reasons Torie is working with us.
Yes, we are addressing her movement limitations. But this is about more than that. It is about helping her move more freely with her children, age well, and feel strong inside and out.
Because strength training is not just about how you look.
It is about what your body can do for you now, and what it will keep being able to do for you later.
Strong is functional.
Strong is confident.
Strong is protective.
Strong is for life.
