This is our Sandra who loves chair exercises here at Milton Lodge Sandra used to work out regularly taking classes with her daughter so we thought we would make a poster advertising to the other residents that she will be helping take our weekly fun class😊 theres alittle video clip in the comments 🥰🥰🥰

💫Putting alittle sparkle in pams day yesterday 💫pam used to run her own florist in her younger days so she was very happy to have a chance to make her own bouquet once again 🥰 thankyou Michelle for helping and to Byford for giving us the flowers at a huge reduced price...😊😊😊
