Hi Everyone - the last Chi Kung/Tai Chi classes for the year will be on Monday 22nd December and we will reopen on monday 5th January - be sure to check out all the new classes starting then.

Meanwhile thank you for everyone for their support during 2025 and I wish you all a Merry Christmas and Happy and Prosperous New Year.

My last post seems to have caused confusion to some - all classes are running the same just not taking anyone new until after christmas.

You may have noticed that there are no new classes advertised on the website and social media other than the 'in depth' Metal workshop coming up this Saturday - this is due to looking at ways to improve classes in the New Year. I have decided that I will no longer be teaching Tai Chi other than the Monday night class or by private lesson so Monday morning will revert to a Chi Kung class for those who may have mobility difficulties with exercises adapted likewise. There will also be a short tea break on this one, something which is not included in the other classes. If you would like to have a taster session on one of our Chi Kung classes in November and December let me know and I will send you more information.
