We are pleased to share that following a routine Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection, Halstead Ward at Halstead Community Hospital and Bayman Ward at Brentwood Community Hospital have maintained their ‘Good’ ratings, and Provide Community remains ‘Outstanding’ overall.
Inspectors highlighted the kindness, professionalism and teamwork shown by our colleagues, alongside positive feedback from patients and families who said they felt safe, supported and involved in decisions about their care.
We are proud of our teams and remain committed to learning, improving and delivering care we would be proud for our own loved ones to receive.

We are pleased to share that we have been awarded a place on the East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub - Social Impact Framework.
This framework provides a compliant route for NHS organisations, government-funded bodies and blue-light services to commission social impact and community-led services.
Through this framework, our services will primarily be delivered by Provide Health, supporting a wide range of health and wellbeing needs across communities, from green health and mental wellbeing to respiratory health, weight management and supported living. We look forward to continuing to work with partners across the system to improve outcomes, reduce inequalities and deliver meaningful and lasing social impact in our local communities.

Today we were proud to officially open Provide Community Equipment, welcoming commissioners, partners, and other stakeholders to celebrate an incredible journey since our launch in October 2025.
Provide Community Equipment was mobilised at exceptional pace, onboarding 160+ staff, securing a warehouse and fleet, and beginning collections and deliveries within weeks, all while ensuring continuity of care for residents.
Just months on, the service is already delivering real impact:
✨a contact centre handling over 1,000 calls per day
✨over 7,800 collections per month
✨9,500 deliveries, repairs and installations were completed in December 2025 alone
✨94% of equipment value is retained through recycling
The opening was a chance to reflect on what’s been achieved together, and to look ahead to exciting developments in 2026, including digital self-service and smarter logistics.
A huge thank you to our teams, partners and commissioners for their commitment, collaboration and trust.

One of our clients at Provide React Homecare in Worksop, is part of the Our Dementia Choir with Vicky McClure, a nationally recognised choir bringing people living with dementia together through the power of music.
This Christmas, the choir has released a charity single, Brighter Than the Night, celebrating connection, confidence and wellbeing, while raising awareness of dementia.
