🌸 A Huge Thank You to Laura at Wildwood Wax Co! 🌸

We are delighted to share that Laura from Wildwood Wax Co has kindly donated beautiful boxes of hand‑poured wax melts and a wax burner to be used as part of our raffle at next week’s Great Oaks Hospice Ladies Day.
These gorgeous melts are large, botanical‑topped, vegan, cruelty‑free, and made using fully recyclable packaging. We’re incredibly proud that Wildwood Wax Co is a Forest of Dean based business supporting their local hospice community. 💚

We’ve got two charity places available for the ABP Newport Marathon Festival – Sunday 19 April 2026 in support of Great Oaks Hospice (Charity No. 1078186) 💚

All we ask is that runners commit to fundraising for the hospice — every pound raised, no matter the amount, makes a real difference to local families who rely on our care and support.

There’s no minimum target, just your best effort and enthusiasm.

The cast of Goose Joose are hard at it — scripts in hand, songs being belted out, dance moves being perfected (or at least attempted 😉), and plenty of “He’s behind you!” moments already happening in rehearsals!

Expect:

🧙‍♂️ A wizard with questionable magic
👑 Heroes you’ll cheer
😈 Baddies you’ll boo
🐰 And more Easter sparkle than you can shake a carrot at!

📅 Saturday 16th May
⏰ 8am – 8pm
📍 Bathurst Pool

Join us for our annual Swimathon and take on the legendary Bathurst Mile — or simply swim to your own ability and complete as many lengths as you feel comfortable with.

Every length helps raise vital funds to support the care provided by Great Oaks Hospice.

💷 £5 to take part – booking essential.
