This is my second order and this stuff is amazing. For the first month I took it daily but after that I was slightly concerned I might get too much iodine. I then cut it down to every second and occasionally third day ever since. I am in my seventies and my hair, which was always fine and limp seemed to be thinning. Nearly three months on from my first tablet, it is thick and bouncy.

I have tried organic and chemical (steroid) creams over the last year and have had no positive result. Using for the first time as a facepack, the relief from itching and dryness is instant. This is my first time trying anything like this, so I didn't know what to expect. I've made soup, adding 1 teaspoonful and 1 teaspoonful,of miso paste. I found the seaweed taste so strong I added another teaspoonful,of miso paste and it balanced the flavour well. I would definitely recommend this product.

Having felt awful for over 12 months, tired, no energy, very down, tearful, and very painful stiff neck and shoulders, cold all the time, I went to my doctor. I'm normally a very active person and the symptoms seemed to be gradual.

Several blood tests showed I was boderline underactive thyroid, but, only boderline and lacking in vitamins. I was prescribed a high dosage of Vitamin D to take 40,000 IU a week, and then advised to take an Iron tablet & vitamin B12 by the doctor, but, the symptoms were still there. I was having intense physio on my neck issue and weekly massages,using heat and ice packs etc with no success. I even stopped going to the gym for several months in case this was making my neck stiffness worse, but, it would not go away. All my symptoms pointed to Thyroid/hormone issues including neck stiffness. I did everything to try and help as everyday was a struggle.

To cut a long story short my family paid for me to see a Endocrinologist (still need a referral from the GP) to try and resolve my issues. I have since had several more blood test to find out what is happening and I am waiting for the results. In the meantime I am still having all my issues, so having done further research on the internet I read about Kelp.

I have only been taking them for over a week now, but, I have noticed a big difference in my mood level, energy level and the biggest improvement is the pain in my neck stiffness has gone. My neck is still stiff, but, no pain. I don't take the capsules everyday as they are quite a high dosage, so I take them every other day.

It maybe that when I see the specialist to discuss my blood results (didn't take Kelp when having blood tests) he may advise me to stop taking them, as, I have read some mixed reviews on taking them for Thyroid issues, but, until I do I will continue to take them as it has helped me in my day to day life no end.

I was diagnosed as hypothiroid and prescribed pills to increase my thyroid status. I was told that I'd be on these pills for life. After a couple of months of pills I decided that life-long medicine was not for me and asked my Dr. to let me try iodine. After blood tests she allowed me to give it a shot. After lots of reading I discovered these capsules and have just finished my first bottle (90) days worth. A recent blood test gave me a good thyroid result and so I'm allowed to just keep doing what I'm doing. I have to say that this product has saved me from a lifetime of pharacuticals. At 74, I feel much more active and alive, better skin condition, hair has stopped falling AND during that 90 days I've lost just short of a stone in weight. What's not to love??
